Lake of Bays Parish believe in the following fundamental values:
- We recognize diversity and the uniqueness inherent in each individual

- We strive to strike a balance between new developments and our standard lectionary driven services

Our current financial situation
COVID and reorganization have been difficult for us financially and for the second year in a row we finished 2023 with a significant deficit. We however are blessed in that former parishioners were very effective fundraisers and others made us beneficiaries of their estate. We thank God for this safety net.

Ways to donate
Should you be so inclined, all donations will be gratefully accepted. We are a registered charity with Revenue Canada and, as such, will issue tax receipts for all eligible donations.
To make a gift to the life and ministry of St. Ambrose (Baysville), St. James (Port Cunnington), or the Winter Pantry you can donate via any of the following methods:
- the electronic offering program (EOP) - you’ll need to fill out a form which we can send to you. We are charged $1.20 per month per person for this service.
- a cheque payable to the Lake of Bays Anglican parish (please indicate on the memo what it is for)
- cash (envelopes are in the pews)
- sending an e-transfer to treasurer810@gmail.com (again please indicate if the money is for St. Ambrose, St. James, or the pantry)
- online via Canada Helps (for the record they take 3.5-4% off of your donation for a service fee)
